Juvenile Law
We fight for the rights of parents and children in Juvenile Court and in appeals of administrative findings of abuse or neglect involving the Department of Children and Family Services. We have represented parents, grandparents, foster parents, and children. Rhonda prosecuted abuse, neglect and death cases for five years when she served as a prosecutor for DCFS.
Family Law
We handle divorces, maintenance, custody and post-divorce disputes.
Expungements
We can expunge many juvenile and adult criminal records.
